We have every confidence you will be completely satisfied with your product purchase.
In the rare instance that this is not the case, you may return product for a full refund in the form of store credits (excluding original shipping costs) or, for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Product must be in new condition (i.e. not used or laundered) and include original hang tags. You MUST contact us directly FIRST before returning merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Full refunds can be used to offset the value from your next purchase.
Exchanges for an alternate color or size are gladly provided (customer must bear both ways of the shipping charges). Product must be in new condition (i.e. not used or laundered) and must include original hang tags. Product must be returned to our office before we can send exchange merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase. No exceptions. You MUST contact us directly FIRST before returning merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
Please note all sales on discounted items, clearance items, discontinued products or seconds are final; no exchange or refund is allowed on these items. We cannot refund all shipping charges. Redelivery charges will also be borne by customer.
