Processing time is 1-3 days after you have placed your order. Please allow 3-5 working days from the date of courier collection, for your order to arrive. For preordered items, the estimated delivery date will be stated in the product description.
All sale items are not applicable for returns, and exchanges will be on a case to case basis, and not exceeding the dollar amount of the sale value.
For normal priced items, the returned items must be returned in the original condition ie. not washed, with tags in placed and, in the original polybag. Please ensure to fold and pack the items properly prior to shipping.
Buyer will pay all shipping charges both ways for all exchanges. A shipping fee of S$5 will be deducted for any refunds of normal priced items (even though you did not pay for shipping in your original purchase).

If you have placed an order, it is best to email us at customerservice@anneematthew.com with your order # to inform ASAP.
Log into your account. Check for the courier AWB # and click on the link provided to track your parcel.

We ship internationally via courier. Please DM us for a shipping quote to your respective countries. The courier fee will depend on the items that you ordered.

We will usually pack into one package. For big orders, you may receive it in two separate packages. We will inform you in this case.
